I noticed a drop of oil on the ground under my bike today on the left side. Thinking it could be leaking from the left side crankcase cover,I leaned the bike sideways onto a bench and checked all around the cover, but found no sign of oil. However, I found a bead of oil on the long bolt about five inches directly behind the shifter rod underneath the front part of the belt cover. I wiped it off and in a few minutes, another bead formed. The bolt goes all the way through the crankcase to the other side, but I cheched and it is very tight. I have never heard of a leak from this particular place. Does it sound like something major?
